Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached
- Returns must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
- Original proof of purchase (order number) is required
Note: For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged: Socks, Jewelry, and Eyewear.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

- Wait for approval – Our San Jose team will review your request and send return instructions within 2 business days.
- Package your items – Use the original packaging if possible, and include all original tags and accessories.
- Ship your return – Send the package to our returns center using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 5 business days of arrival at our facility):
- You will receive an email notification about the status of your refund
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method
- Credit card/PayPal refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days, depending on your financial institution
Important: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
