Standard Shipping ($12.95 USD): Via DHL/FedEx (10-15 business days after dispatch) – recommended for time-sensitive orders with tracking and insurance.

Free Economy Shipping: Via EMS (15-25 business days) for orders over $50 USD – perfect for value-focused shoppers.

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These are not included in your order total and will vary by country.

We offer a 15-day return window from the delivery date. Items must be:

• Unworn and unused
• With original tags attached
• In original packaging

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.

Refunds are processed within 5 business days after we receive and inspect your return. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
